How does it work?
1. Create an account and enter your information (you only have to do this 1 time).
2. When you attend an open house, simply scan the QR code provided by the agent and you will be automatically signed in while Philter downloads a digital copy of the open house listing sheet.
3. No paper, no manual sign in, no fuss! All your open house listings will be saved in the Philter app.
